Terms of Service

This policy outlines what is acceptable to all clients using the products and services of Pixema Designs. This policy is designed to protect the privacy and security of both Pixema Designs and their clients. Pixema Designs reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. You as the client are responsible for any acts that may occur during or relating to your use of Pixema Designs services. The products and services of Pixema Designs are reserved for people over the age of 16; if you are under this age then you are telling Pixema Designs that you have permission from a parent or guardian to use our products and services.
The Following uses are prohibited:
- Installation/distribution of pirated and/or any other software that is deemed illegal/ does not have an official license.
- Reselling of any Pixema Designs products without a reselling account or written approval from Pixema Designs.
- Installing or distributing malicious software through our services.
- Using any program/script/command to interfere with, or to disable a user's terminal session.
- Furnishing false or incorrect data on the order form. This can be in the form of false personal details.
- Harassment through the use of emails or other means of contact using our services.
- Unauthorized use or forging the Pixema Designs mail header.
- Creating or forwarding "chain letters".
- The use of unsolicited E-mails orientating from the Pixema Designs network.
- Uploading or downloading content from the Pixema Designs network that is a direct violating of the federal, international, or Australian Law.
- Uploading pornographic images or videos to the Pixema Designs network.
- Deceptive marketing practises.
Enforcement:
Pixema Designs holds the right to suspend and/or terminate a customer's service upon breaching this policy. An email or voice mail will be sent to the customer explaining the situation and the steps that need to be taken. We will then work with the customer to ensure this breach does not re-occur. Depending on the circumstances of the breach will decide if the situation needs to be taken to higher authorities.
